President of 1st Common Wealth Service Company has vast experience in real estate, residential, commercial, re-finance and 1st time loans. He had operated his own real estate company for 15 years. In addition, Dexter has many years teaching experience on various levels. In the past, Dexter served as a forensic case manager for Philadelphia Mental Health Care Center. He also served as a correctional officer for the South Carolina Department of Corrections. Dexter processes the following licenses; Common Wealth of Pennsylvania Department of Banking, Common Wealth of Pennsylvania Department of State (Notary Commission) He is also a member of The National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers and a member of the National Notary Association. Mr. Stinson holds a Master‘s Degree in Adult Education and E-Commerce from University of Phoenix. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, in Communication from Newberry College.
